Fairfax brought his walking shoes, for sure. The first batch of photos are posted! As always, click on the photo for a larger version of the same. Sometimes, the pic is cropped to fit the bunny and the subject, so if you’re curious, click away!
Marissa had a tough weekend- Sunday was seizure day for sure. The keppra is keeping down the number of spasms per cluster, but she had three clusters yesterday, and one more early this morning. Of course, this is after we went over 100 hours last week with nothing. It comes and goes, it’s just something we’re going to have to wait and keep an eye on.
When Marissa was in her 17 day no seizure zone on the ACTH, we did the same thing. Watched for any little baby flinch, turn to each other and ask, poke each other in our sleep, asking if that was one, did you see that? What did her eyes do? Of course, they did ultimately return, but even on the shorter gaps, you still lurk and wait.
She’s still happy and fun to be around, though. You almost got a video here of her laughing in her sleep, but she stymied my efforts to capture that. Maybe tomorrow.

The famous Plaza Hotel. Vera says it’s in at least two Neil Simon plays.

I had no idea what this was, until I read the text in the next picture.

Couldn’t find the Men In Black headquarters, though.
The Statue of Liberty out in the distance.
Thanks, France!
